Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of Joseph. I waited with Joseph at the express bus stop on many morning's, where we and the group of regular late for work regulars would stress over when the darn express bus was arriving. I guess it never occurred to us to get to the bus stop earlier. I soon learned that he was a real estate lawyer, through idol chit chat. Several years later, he helped me and my sister with various real estate matters. Joseph was very kind and...

I had the privilege of teaching Janine Italian and she coincidentally crossed my mind yesterday and then I read of her dad's passing. I always think of the family lovingly as I had met Mr. and Mrs Materna on several occasions as was struck by what a lovely family they were. I was saddened to hear of Joseph's passing and my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

There is so much I can say about Joseph, he was a great friend first and a great lawyer when I needed one. So devoted to his family. My friendship with his wife Dolores (also a wonderful person) and his 3 beautiful daughters is how I got to know Joseph. He loved to tell jokes and have everyone laughing. I can go on and on but I have limited space so I will end this by saying Joseph you will be so missed, you were so loved. Rest in peace my friend.

Dear Delores, Jodi, Jennifer and Janine,
My mom and I are so saddened to learn of Joe’s passing. We were so shocked to read that he had Covid and lost his battle. Out hearts break for you all. Joe has always been such a gentleman and I have long had so much respect for his legal advice and how he helped me thru the process of handling my own dad’s estate when I lost my dad a few years ago. Regardless of whether we were talking about an estate issue or other legal matter, Joe...
