Roy and I were saddened to hear about your father's death. Your parents were close family friends and we have many special memories of them both. Your dad was a fine, caring physician, a wonderful photographer and a very special person. Our prayers are with you all during this very difficult time.

I can't begin to express the feelings when I read that Dr. Matthews had passed. I was a patient of his in the late 50'/early 60's - one of the many that had scoliosis. He was kind and caring, Because of him, I was the only child, at the time, that was allowed to come home from Harryanna to visit over a weekend with her family. He brought me home himself, after his rounds at Harryanna, in a most beautiful Cadillac. I felt like a princess. I had two spinal fusions operations within a month that...
