Joseph E. Matulis

Joe was my oldest brother, and I loved him. The oldest of seven children, his Dad used to call Joe "My old reliable Number One." I did not always agree with Joe about everything, but I admired the strength of his convictions. I am grateful to the Tribune, because due to the published notice of Joe's death, an old friend of his from High School came to the service and shared many wonderful things about Joe we did not know. I trust that Joe is now resting in the arms of God.
