Betty - I'm sorry, I didn't know but Annie & I are deeply saddened by the loss of Joe. We were in the same apprentice crew @ CEI many, many years ago. He became known for his quiet yet direct & determined (and always correct) responses to emergencies. A heck of a good guy, a guy who knew his job (and was very good at it) and a man of integrity. If I was in a bust-up I would want him with me. Annie and I am sure he is deeply missed.

I didn't know Joe well but, I knew him and the family for many years. My daughter and his were friends since grade school. I know that his passing was sudden and a shock for all and that makes this even harder for his family. I can only say to remember him with love and honor, he was a kind and gentle man.
