Not sure what to say?

I have been thinking about Joe a lot, lately. I worked with him at Camp de Sales. He was such a hard worker, and such a good man. Always encouraging me. Always open to talking about sports. I read one of his articles when a favorite team of mine loses-like one just did. His writing is so hopeful and inspiring. "There´s always next year." Holding you in my heart today, Joe.

I will always be grateful to Joe for being my roommate during his last two years at DeSales and doing his level best to keep me on the straight and narrow. I definitely was not an easy person to live with, but if not for his dogged good influence, I would've turned out a lot worse. I deeply regret that we lost touch years ago, but I'm honored to have known him at all in this life and I very much hope to meet him in the next. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-i1ESIRKdA

Joseph was an exceptional student. I was his teacher in the Parish Prep program. He was very knowledgeable about his faith, and liked to share his knowledge and insights with those around him. He will be truly missed by family and friends. I feel honoured to have met such a gentle and wise young man. My love and deeply felt condolences to his family and friends. Beatriz Raynard

Our hearts go out to Joes family. We first met Joe with the West Vancouver Streamkeeper Society. He quickly showed himself as a leader among his peers and a wonderful "find" by the local group. Joseph took on the role of facilitator, spokesperson, comrade and was an amazing asset to the West Vancouver Streamkeepers Spawner Survey teams. Joe interviewed ZoAnn Morten for his university project, again we met in Smithers where he interned with The Bulkley River Streamkeepers, Buck Creek Canfor...

Oanh, please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. I remember Joseph as one of the dearest students (along with Rachael) i have ever had the pleasure to teach. His years at Hollyburn were special to all the staff, he was such a great kid. Joseph was always unfailingly kind, curious and genuine in his dealings with others, even from a young age. I can still see his face, such a dear smile and sweet expression. My heart aches for you... you are an amazing Mum, who gave her kids such a...
