Not sure what to say?

The McIntyre, Barrineau, and Seabrook families have all been so special to my family. Mr. Joe is one of the few people I have known my entire life. He defined the word neighbor each and every day by the way he lived his life. Our street will never be the same. It will be hard looking over to his house and not seeing him sitting on his porch.

Knowing Joe was such a privilege. We served in various capacities during my family's time at St. Thomas. He was always interested in our lives, shared and gave of himself and was a joy to all who knew him. We mourn his passing and extend our sympathy to all of his friends and loved ones.

A true patriot, leader, organizer, community servant and cherished friend. Much loss and many cherished memories to always remember.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family and many friends of Mr. Joe.

The FTD Comfort Planter

My heart goes out to you and your family at this difficult time. With love and friendship.

Will miss seeing Joe on his bike, he was a great leader of the Wando Woods Civic Club. He loved his family and community, you will be missed by all.

He was a wonderful man and a great friend to my dad. My prayers are with the family.

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. I served with Joe on the Wando Woods Civic Club Board, we called him the mayor of Wando Woods and so proud to know him and have him as a neighbor.
