I do not know Joe personally, but his brother Jim (who I adore) and the entire Waquiot crew is friends with my son Alex. I pray that you all find some sort of peace knowing that he is in a place far more beautiful then we can ever imagine. And sometimes if you listen very closely you can hear the rustle of wings and know that he is right beside you..

Joe was my best friend and work partner for over 2 years. We spent 40 hours a week in the same truck. All week slanging hay and "alfalfies" as he called them. I couldn't have asked for a better worker and certainly won't find a better one, that I'm sure of. There was never a shortage of conversations and inside jokes in that truck, always making each other laugh. Thoes are the times I'll cherish the good times at SMFG sweating our butts off all summer and freezing all winter with his window...

It is my honor to be able to call Joe my friend. I am so grateful for the time Ive spent with him. I will treasure those memories forever. He truly was one of a kind and touched my heart more than he ll ever know. Rest in Peace Joe!
