Not sure what to say?

Dear Mercier Family ..... I worked with Joe at IBM Kingston in the '80s. He was a joy to have as a fellow administration manager. Last week I was telling my husband Carl about Joe using the same loving greeting card over and over again for Marie. He sure knew how to stretch a dollar!
I'm sorry to have missed reading about Joe's passing last week. I would have wanted to pay my respects. I'm sending warm prayers to you. Your Pop was a gem! ......... Irene Jackson Albertson

Dear Marie, Tim and I have fond memories of our Chamber of Commerce trip to Costa Rica with you and Joe. We had many pleasant meals and conversations together. Tim and Joe shared an IBM background. Joe and I enjoyed a small town experience (don't remember the town but do remember that the San Juan Bosco Church was there) while you and Tim were crazy enough to go zip lining together! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. May the love of God and family give you comfort and...

To Marie, (a 1948 High School Classmate), and family-
Sincere condolences and prayers are sent to all of you. Knowing Joe as a co-worker and friend at IBM, it was a always a pleasure working with him. He was a first rate guy. God Bless and keep all of you in His Loving Care. Elsie Cook (nee Gray/Secor)

I have so many fond memories of Joe since becoming his neighbor. His favorite joke was saying he'd rather be shoveling snow as we were mowing our lawns and vice versa in the winter. He taught me how much better & easier it was to clean your windows with a squeegee & even let me borrow his to prove the point. I think of him every time I wash my windows, but have yet...

God bless you Joseph.....you lived a life that I can only hope many will emulate ....Rest easy ,good man....You served your country, raised four successful sons and shared life with an incredible woman for 64 years...I am honored to know you...This earth has lost an amazing man---heaven has gained a saint.....

I am so,so sorry to the entire Mercier family for the loss of their beloved patriarch Joseph Mercier...He was a great man and an example of what a father, husband and grandfather should be...He served his country...had a beautiful marriage for 64 years ,four successful sons and many grandchildren. He and his wife Marie lived life to the fullest..They are and always will be one of the classiest ,solid couples I have ever met...I so enjoyed being part of their family and will carry on their last...
