Joe Meyer was a good friend for more than 60 years. I always enjoyed his New Years parties as people came from all over the country to enjoy his hospitality. As a Brother of Kappa Sigma fraternity I am very sorrowful for his passing; even though I knew that his last days and months were full of medical challenges.
