It is with great sadness that I write in this book. I lost Joseph A. Michonski, only in January 2013. Joe Sr, I will miss you greatly, you tried in vain to keep up your son's legend and it took it's toll on you, I so admire you and your willingness to keep his business alive. You were always a self-less individual. I will always remember our time in New Jersey as a family. You were and will always be a very special man in my heart.
