Dear Michaela, Diane and Joe Jr.,

It has been many years since I spoke with your family, but I just found out about Joe and I wanted to say how sorry I am. I remember him very fondly and he always welcomed me in your home with open arms. I am in shock that such a wonderful man was taken so early. He will be missed.

To the Mignano Family,
Please accept our deepest sympathy in this time of great sorrow. Joe's passing is such a shock to so many. I was fortunate to work side-by-side with Joe for many years and enjoyed every moment of his quick wit. Please know that you are in our thoughts and our prayers.
Sincerely,

During the brief time I worked with Joe, I enjoyed his warm personality and sense of humor. My sympathies to all his family, and to those who were privileged to serve with him on the CPD.
