My dear cousin joe. you have always had a special place in my heart because you chose to learn sign langue to communicate with your aunt Jennie my mother. continue to rest in peace.

Always sociable and an avid racing fan, Joe enjoyed many happy days @ Lady’s Secret. As we say, “He had a great run”. Rest In Peace.

I just finished watching the Mass for Ann, and tomorrow it will be for Joe. This is absolutely disheartening for me. Joe and Ann will be forever in my prayers and I will remember all of our fun times together. Jim Brownlee ❤

My deepest condolences to Joe's family. I only met him a month ago when he inspected my home. We had a great conversation, and learned we shared several similar life experiences, and knew several mutual friends. I am also a retired Police Officer from Jersey City, where Joe did quite a bit of work with his company. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. May God rest his soul.
