To the Minish Family:

Congressman Minish appointed me as a U.S. House Page in 1978. To the Minish Family:

I worked for your father when he was a Congressman. He was kind to me as well as the rest of the staff. He worked hard and appreciated honesty and loyalty, and returned it. He loved his family very much.

My thoughts are with you at this time.

My heartfelt condolences to the Minish family. I served Governor Byrne in Washington and New Jersey while Joe Minish was our Congressman, serving New Jersey. He was a tireless fighter for New Jersey's interests, second to none, and when he left Congress, he left a huge void.

Jimmy,Joyce anf the entire Minish family, as I was about to leave my home to attend Mass this morning my daughter Francesca called to let me know that my Congressman, Friend and Mentor had been called home my only re-action was that I have a Crypt at Gate of Haven which is directlt below Dad and Mom and you know that in the near future I will be bending his ears to bring him uo to date and what happened since he relocated to East Hanover. The 1st thing that is on my calender during my visit...
