As a regular Monday evening dinner partner with us, Joe and Renee met for dinner and a drink (of course). We all so enjoyed those Monday dinners. I had the honor and privilege of appearing before Justice Mintz as part of the medical malpractice bar and was always grateful for his wisdom, his thoughtfulness and his everyman approach to his job. He was a good man and my condolences go out to his family and many friends.
