I was sorry to see of Joe's passing. He was friends with my father, Joe. I will miss seeing him around Delmar and at the parades. He was a really great guy. RIP. MaryAnne Crowder

Dear Joann & family and Donna & family:
We are so sad to read about Joe's passing. Joe was such a great fun guy and we shared a lot of great times with him when we were younger especially when we lived in Regency Park. So very sad losing those we love. We are in Florida now but we send our heartfelt sympathy to you all.

My Garden Club cleaning partner and old Cathedral Friend. Rest in peace with the Angels and the LORD.

Joe was really Mr. Smooth, handsome and a stylish dresser, class and swagger and always thought before he spoke, and a great sense of humor with a distinctive laugh. I spent many a days in our youth at the Cue Stick, Delaware Ave. and growing up in and around Second Ave. "South End"and there abouts with Joe and friend's. Joe was always looking out for his friends and he had more than most, just an easy guy to love/like and want to know. Truly one of the Boy's. I loved Joe and so did everybody...

So happy I was able to see you a couple weeks ago. I'm sorry I'm not able to be there with you and our family tonight. Rest In Peace dear cousin. Till we meet again. Have a beer with my Mom, she's been waiting. ❤ Love Annette

Sincere sympathies to the family. Joe was about the friendliest good fellow you could want to know. He always greeted everyone with the most genuine big smile and an interesting new story. I was always happy to run into him. Joe made everyone feel that he was happy to see you. Joe, my friend, you will be missed by so many.

Saw Joe at his "Office" My Place recently Joe and I go back to the old haunts (2nd and Delaware. Joe was always good conversation will be missed
by many.
