Dear Stephanie & Family,
I was very sad to here about the passing of your beloved Joe. I worked at Sears credit central from 1983-86 and he was one of my supervisors. He was a great guy! I remember once he told me his army troup in the 1950's marched in the opening scene of Audie Murphy's film "To Hell and Back". And you and Joe attended our 1986 wedding. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time

Stef, Joe was a special voice. I spent many hours with him over the years in the Cosmopolitan Club. His work for the College World Series and Bell Ringing for the Salvation Arm were always a joy because he was present. His smile and enthusiasm made everyone's lives better. Helen and I wish you and your family the peace of knowing he was appreciated. Helen and I will hold your family in our prayers

My dearest Stephanie, Linda, Paul, Chris and Patti and all family. You have been in my mind, my heart and my prayers every minute since I heard this terrible news of Joe. We will miss him greatly, especially his teasing and joking and laughing. I sometimes didn't know if he was telling the truth or not. Now you all are in the prayers of 200 nuns here at Mt. Carmel. What more can you ask. We pray to Joe now and for the rest of us we ask for prayers to be able to accept this painful...
