I just saw "Frenchy" had passed away in 2016. My Dad was Chic Clark from Republuc Steel. I will always remember the last time I saw Joe; at my Dads funeral in 2007 when Joe shared a couple stories about my Dad both very humorous. Please accept my belated condolences. I'm sure Joe is helping my Dad with something in heaven.
