Not sure what to say?

Hope and family,

Joe was a great man and will surely be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and the children.

Joe and Linda, and Mike, Liz, and Kate: I am sorry for your loss- Joe was such a great kid in class. I missed the notice as I am in FL and only see the Lockport paper.

My heart goes out to the Moran family for your tremendous loss. No matter the day or the troubles, Joe always approach them in a positive helpful way. He would always say with a smile "I'm here to help'. Joe was just an all around wonderful person. But what I admired most about him was his love of his family. Everyday he would share a picture, event, or story about Hope, Joseph, Claire, or Molly. I am a blessed person to have had the pleasure of knowing and working with him for many...

Dear Joe, Linda, and family,
Memories of babysitting adorable little Joe keep running through my mind. He was such a kind and gentle soul. I am so saddened to hear of your loss. May memories bring you comfort in this most difficult of times. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Moran Family,
Not a day has gone by since I heard that Joe was not doing good that I haven't thought about you and prayed. I hope that time helps heal the sadness, but never forget all the happy memories. I hope to see you next month when you are able to visit NC again.
Love and miss you all,
Stacy Witschen

Please accept my deepest condolences in your time of sorrow. I attended Wilson Jr High with Joe. May you and your family find peace and comfort.

So sorry for your loss. To a great guy, and loyal Buffalo bills fan. From one of your tail gate crew.

Thinking you all today and sending lots of love.

Dear Hope, remember, when you need us we are here for you. My office is always open and my arms are always open to hold you.
