Joe was one of the nicest gentlemen I had ever met! A TRUE gentleman! When I worked with him, he was always happy, always smiling and always trying to make everyone else around him smile. I would then see him every year at the festival and, even though he didn't remember me, he still talked to me and smiled! Such a wonderful man - I will always remember you, Joe! Blessings to all his friends and family at this time of loss.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Joe's family. He was a wonderful man and I enjoyed working with him for 17 years at TWA Insurance. He was the joke teller and constantly made me laugh at work. Always there to help those in need. Rest in peace my friend, you will be missed by many.
