Joe was such a wonderful man. I always enjoyed visiting with him at the office. I am sure he is happy to be back with his beautiful wife Sallie. Sending prayers to his family.

Joe and Sallie were wonderful people. I had the salon at Waterford/Big Sky Senior Living from 1998-2021, when covid changed the world. When Sallie first started coming to me for manicures, she was living at home. Kathy Orr was her hairdresser.
