Read MoreI had the good fortune of working with Joe at Perryville. We played a lot of golf and a little poker. Joe was the designated cook on our houseboat excursions to Lake Meade. His breakfasts were great, his spaghetti - not so much.
Joe was a good guy! I regret having lost touch.

I sympathize with your great loss. I'll always remember him for his leadership and friendship and I try to emulate him. But always remember that God needs the best and so he has chosen Joe. He was a wonderful human being. May he rest in peace.
