Not sure what to say?

I got to know Joe only a couple years ago while working on a statue of his sister Governor Judy Martz. He was a great man and a good friend. May he rest in peace in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ

There was nobody in our high school activities´ programs in Montana for whom I had more respect than Joe. When one analyzes his presence over the years, he was the perfect role model for fans, coaches, fellow officials and most of all, our student athletes. I´ll always remember him as one of the finest people I´ve ever met. His family has my most significant thoughts for a peaceful grieving...Jim Haugen, a family friend in Helena

To the Morstein Family, my sincere condolences on Joe's passing. He was a real gentleman and fine person. I first met Joe on the basketball court in the late 70's at the Class AA Divisional and State Basketball Tournament. Joe was one of the Best B-Ball officials in the State. Montana has lost a great ambassador. May he rest in peace. Jim Kambich

I´m so sorry to hear of Joe´s passing. He was one of my classmates in my graduating class of 1958 in Harlo. My condolences to his family, Beverly Miller
