Joseph Moscatello

I first met Joe when I was a young teen out doing stupid stuff. Lets just say I was a guest of his where he worked. Who would know that years later I would work with him at the very same place. Joe was down to earth and told you like it was and a great mentor. I am glad I spoke to him just last week right after I found out he was ill. It was a great chat with a few good laughs. Lt. Moscatello was one of the best police officers I knew. I worked with him from 1977 to 1981 when he retired. He was a stand up Police Officer that I learned an enormous wealth of information from. He is one of the best!!

I worked with, Lt. Moscatello, and appreciated every moment. I've thought of him often through the years, because he was so sincere. My condolences to his family
