My memory of Joe Mosier was on the Franklin School basketball team in the 8th grade, if you can believe that one. He was a great player & I think a lot of guys wanted to be him. He was talented and a really nice guy.

I met Joe in the 70's on the streets of East Orange working on underground telephone lines where I was a Police Officer. I used to meet him and other telephone guys at Hanily"s bar in west Orange. I haven't seen Joe in over 40 years but he was the type of guy you never forget. Joe should have been a comedian. Rest in peace Joe.
