Read MoreGrowing up on the West Side of Chicago, my family lived next door to the Mulvaney family. My dad was also a milkman like Joe. The 4500 block of Wilcox was a great neighborhood and I remember the Mulvaney family being great neighbors. My dad is living in St. Francis Village retirement community in Crowley, Texas and wants the family to know that he will remember Joe in his prayers.
