Uncle Joe was one of the good guys!! Loving husband to Aunt Nella. We had many great times - on Christmas Eve they opened their home to all of the family - lots of singing and dancing. My deepest sympathy goes out to his whole family. We wanted to be there to extend our thoughts personally but unfortunately the car let me down. Got to Worcester and had to turn around. I will think of Uncle Joe and keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

Always a fun loving uncle. Something I never forgot - when I was maybe 8 at a family party at his home, all were in a joking mood, standing next to Aunt Nella he announced to other uncles, "tonight's the night". It took years for me to figure that one out, and I still use it today!

My deepest sympathy to the family. It was wonderful to sit with Joe and hear about how he made granfather clocks! He was a true gentleman. He will be missed....
