Not sure what to say?

I had the deepest respect for Joe. Some people teach us by serving as wonderful role models. Growing up on June Street, Joe showed me what it is to be a good neighbor, as he gave selflessly to others. I now live in a neighborhood in SC and try to embrace Joe's giving spirit with my neighbors. Thank you Joe, for being a vital part of our lives.
To Helen and the Nardo family, I know that the loss of Joe must be heartbreaking. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Helen, Joey, Elaine and Nancy,
I was so sad to hear of the passing of Joe. He certainly was a major part of the June Street experience as I was growing up. He was such a kind, friendly and generous man and a great role model for all of us kids. Glad to hear he kept his sense of humor till the end. My thoughts are with you.
