Joe was a favorite attorney of myself and my staff in the OC Superior Court. He was an effective and pleasant attorney on every occasion that he appeared. I have been retired since 2002 and missed seeing Joe these recent years, but his good attributes are etched in my memory. I guess God had need of an attorney with Joe's skills and counsel, so he left us a little early. I'm sure Joe has fit right in by now.
