Joseph F. Neil

RIP my friend. I worked with Joe at Master Sound, and helped him with writing some custom software at his home in Atlanta for a linier meter for his SSL console at Doppler. Ruth used to make us the best homemade margaritas for our all night projects at their house in the basement. You are greatly missed. I think about Joe and Ruth often even though it's been a long time since we last saw each other. God bless Joe and Ruth and their daughter Amanda.

I knew Joe from my short time at Georgia Tech. We were fraternity brothers. I was thinking of him yesterday and found this announcement. I am saddened by his passing and sorry for the loss.
I will always remember the trips from Atlanta to Statesboro, the music, endless road trips, and his friendship.
The world is a poorer place without him.

Joseph and I spent a lot of time together growing up on Park Avenue, he taught me a lot about electronics. We also took several trips together with his parents. I think of him often and am sad to see his passing. He was a great guy and from what I see here, he continued to be as an adult.

Our family will miss Joseph dearly! Our hearts and prayers are with you every day Ruth! Love you much!!! Jay and Donalyn
