Joe never met a stranger. He welcomed Larry and I to SMBC like we were family. I remember his warm smile and great hugs. He was such a godly man who will be missed by many.

Rest well, Joe. You ran a beautiful race and we learned a great deal from you. Your beautiful walk with God, life of high character, and exemplery leadership leaves a lasting legacy for all of us.
