Not sure what to say?

Dear Mona and Joey, I´m so glad I found this site as I have thought about you for years. Please accept my belated condolences on your profound loss. The Sun Bar and Grill, your family, the Cheers-like cast of characters...it was truly the time of my life. I bartended for your family for a few years in the early-mid 90´s and loved every minute and each of you. As one of the other contributors to this post wrote "I always felt safe there". You were wonderful employers and Joe is someone I share...

OMG. I just happen to come across this obituary on Joe. I am so very sorry for your loss. Mona and Joey my heart is breaking for you. I had no idea. You are in my prayers. I haven't seen any of you for quite a few years. Joe was a good and fair man. He was always nice to me and I always felt safe going into the Sun. I hope you are all doing well. I will keep you in my prayers. Once again, I am so very sorry for your loss.

My Dear Father I miss you so very much in these times. Wish you were by me. I know you are in a fabulous place.

We first became acquainted in 1986, when I was a student at Akron U and found myself engaged by Joe's fascinating insight into the social turmoils of his native Lebanon. He would subsequently become my landlord, employer, and pivotol to my close friendship with his wonderful family. An incessant worker even in his "retirement" after the closing of the Sun Bar & Grill, Joe was a great patriot who epitomized the American dream in every...

Joe you are such a humanist and family man and friend. You never refused to extend your hand to help others and do good. I know that you are taken care of. Until we meet again, good bye friend.
