In my prayers

Lizzie,
I'm so sorry to read about yours & your family's loss. Joey will always be a teenager to me. I remember Christy & I would sneak out of our houses & go driving around with Diego & Joey.

I did not know Joey from my own encounters with him, but through the stories my sister Janet told me about him, and through her love for him, I loved him & grieve for him, too. I did meet Joey once 3 years ago almost to the day when he came to my mother's wake. He was warm, kind & gracious & he shook my hand & extended sympathy. Love,
Laura

Hi this is Lizzy,

Thank you for all the kind words about Joey. My best friend.

Joey kept a book that he would write down his thoughts and ideas. In his book he asked me read these words for him at his wake. I wanted to make sure that all his wonderful friends, that were unable to attend his wake had a chance to hear what he had to say.

"Hello everyone. Thank you for coming.
Not everyone has the chance to say farewell, adios, goodbye, see you later, but I...
