Not sure what to say?

I had no idea Joe had gone to Heaven. This man was like a second Father to me. I sent Joe a Xmas card, like I have done for the last 30 years, and it was returned. I starting asking questions. I was deeply sadden to find out Joe was was not around. I can't express how much I loved him. From our first meeting at my business, Cafe Melange, we were friends for life. We put together Thanksgiving boxes for the needy together, on the Board of Directors for the Copper Bowl together and I was was a...

My sympathies to Joe's family. I worked with Joe at Pima Community College. He was a fine gentleman and wonderful co-worker. May he rest in peace.

He helped me to expedite my papers to get my scholarship at Pima Community College in 1998. He was a fine, kind and compassionate man.

Mr. Nevin was a generous and compassionate man, he helped me to expedite the processing of my scholarship at Pima Community College in 1997.

I'll never forget the year I was assigned to work with Joe in PR along with others. He had lots to offer anyone willing to learn. Thank you for that time Joe. Prayers for the family.

What a great personality. You knew immediately who was speaking at Rotary when he started. What a voice. Was a pleasure to know him and be a fellow Rotarian for the last 6 years.

Condolences to the family. Joe and I were friends/fellow Tucson Rotarians for 13 years, working on club projects. They broke the mold when they made Joe. What you saw with Joe, was what you got. He and Suzanne Lawder were Mr/Ms. Goodwill in Tucson. Joe managed Ma Bell locally, when I was Supt. of Saguaro Nat. Mon. Found an illegal Bell facility built within the park. Joe and I settled the matter quietly over coffee in half an hour. Great guy! There will never be an end to the good that Joe...

Joe: Your optimism and very kind heart has been felt by many and will be remembered by many. What an incredible example of a fine man you have been!

Joe was one of the first "community" people I met through United Way when I moved to Tucson in 1985. What a gift to reconnect with him 20 years later through Rotary. Who now days sends handwritten Thank You notes just because you brought a few boxes of clothing for donation to Goodwill....JOE NEVIN. He defined "Class Act!"
