Hello my memories of Mr joe was ever evening. He’ll come to the daycare in the infants room an sit an hold the babies while I get them prepared for dismissal. It’s was a joy seeing you everyday. I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Joe when he was a young man working for Booz-Allen. His energy, great sense of humor, laughter, and dedicaton to excellence will never be forgotten. He was a Treasure. His homegoing service was such a beautiful tribute to his life, and I'm so proud to see the dedicated officer and family man he turned out to be.
