JOSEPH B. NICHOLAS

Joe was a very pleasant person with a great sense of humor. He had the ability to make people feel comfortable and at ease within the first few minutes of meeting them. At a holiday party we once attended he was kind to my mother. He joked with her and went out of his way to make sure she had a good time. Joe and his sister Mary were wonderful neighbors and great friends.
