I was surprised and saddened by the passing of Dr. Joseph Nidiry. Although sympathy is only a small consolation, even from the hearts of us who share your sorrow, I want you to know how deeply Dr. Nidiry's loss is felt here. He was respected and admired by many medical students who worked with him. I share your grief as we have lost a needed and valued member of our team.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Dr. Nidiry on some community projects, and I was touched by his unassuming and pleasant nature. I can’t forget his smiling face and his willingness to help, even getting rid of the trash and carrying heavy boxes on his shoulders. It's heartbreaking to hear about Dr. Nidiry's sad and untimely demise. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time. We've been remembering Dr. Nidiry in our prayers since he became ill, and now we...

Dr. Nidiry was a great physician. I was blessed to have him as my Doctor. I last saw him in April 08 for my routine colonoscopy. Having recently finished a battle with breast cancer, he, after completing this procedure quietly said.. "No problems here". His gentle spirit and quiet bedside manner will be missed. He knew our Savior personally. As we spoke about the "Great Physician" Dr. Nidiry would simply smile throughout our discussion, but his eyes told the story.
