Sad to hear of Joe's passing. He was a wonderful friend during our youthful days in Houghs Neck. I'm not surprised to learn that Joe gave so much to others throughout his life. May you rest in peace Joe.

First of all; my condolences To Joes Family, i am sorry for your loss .I met Joe in 1984 on a jobsite in Framingham Mass. and since then we met several times thru Meetings and Conventions of which I always had a lot of respect for Joe. Heartfelt condolences to Joe's beloved wife, family, friends and all his union brothers and sisters. With our deepest sympathy to the entire Nigro family. The Nigro's are an inspiration and a ledgend to the entire sheet metal industrie and local 17.
