Not sure what to say?

Dear Don:
I will never forget the wonderful weekend I spent with you and Joe when you lived near Fenway Park in Boston. Even though it was under sad circumstances, it was great to see both of you when Don's parents passed away two years ago. Who would of thought that Joe's time was limited since he seemed so healthy at that time. He fought a gallant battle and is now at peace. My condolences to you and all of Joe's family.

Your buddy,
Neil

Remembrance of my Friend, Joseph A. Nista, Jr.

In my first memories of Joe, Jana, myself and Joe are sitting on the benches under the grape arbor in their yard. Jana and I were about 6 and I had come to live on Charles St. He was very busy telling me about THE GARDEN and, well, Jana and I were just trying to play with our dolls. But he had a such a great smile and kept insisting that we walk through the rows that were growing. In the end, we did and he was so proud that he knew...

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Condolences to Don and the Nista family in their time of loss. We have warm memories of the good times we shared with Joe.

With sympathy,

I am very sad to learn of Joe's passing. He was a loving, peaceful and humble man and a very courageous person. His presence made the world a better place. My deepest sympathy to all of you.

Joe will be deeply missed. That laugh, that smile, his ever loving caring. Such a beautiful person we were privlidged to know. Don and the Nista family, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

My deep sympathies to Don and the Nista family at this time of great lose, of such a talented person. I will forever cherish his 2 drawings at 11 while he was hospitalized, out of boredom he said. Beautiful, as he was, but too modest, he was.
May he enjoy his peace and rest now on his new venture beyond, he so deserves.

With sadness and sorrow, CJ
