Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathies to all of the O'Neills. Tons of memories flood my mind and heart. Remembering distributing door flyers for your Dad all over town, definitely a huge social event with the entire neighborhood friends and family. Sorry I missed the funeral, but I am praying for your Dad's soul and for the entire O'Neill family. May he rest in Peace. God Bless

The great ones always tug at your heart. Listening to you talk about your dad, there are a lot of great memories.

Bold & Bright - A Florist Original

Our deepest sympathy to the O'Neill family on the loss of your father. Speaking from recent experiences, the grieving is immense. Sitting in the same pew as Maureen and Danny ( the A team) and Joe at Sunday Mass or the boys (B team) along with my Dad was a great start to a Sunday day. We wish we could celebrate his life with you but we are out of the Country . Godspeed Joe.

Maureen and family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Your Dad is looking down with such wonderful memories from his last days and beautiful Irish songs you all shared belting out from his loving heart.

We have lost a really good friend. We have a treasure chest filled with memories of Joe and Nancy and we know the family has the same. A good man is gone and Joe will be missed.

Our sympathy to the O'Neill Family in your time of grief. A donation has been made to SMRLS in memory of Joe. So sorry for your loss ~ Mike and Scott

To all the O´Neills and to my very close friend Pat and Joe junior: I wish I could attend Joe´s funeral and help celebrate the life of a dear friend and dedicated man. I will always remember Joe for all his wonderful lifelong achievements and for his wonderful sense of humor. My sincere sympathy to all the wonderful O´Neill clan. But what a wonderful life and wonderful memories your brother, dad, grandfather and great grandfather left all of you. He was surely a man that lived all of his...

So many memories of this incredible guy. My favorite: my late father Ace served as Joe´s campaign manager for many years. (They we´re best of friends as well, along with their huge families.) During campaign season, both "clans" were put to work, doing literature drops for Joe´s candidacy. Yard signs, door hangers, etc. I fell in love with politics because of those days. But the best part? Boxes of warm glazed donuts waiting for us on the front lawn of the campaign HQ on Summit Ave. Joe was...
