Read MoreJoe was a great guy and collegue at ACC. We enjoyed some good times at the AC Racetrack when we should have been in class. Everyone loved Joe. He should have been a professional stand up comic. Many are saddened that Joe has passsed away. Rest in peace, Joe and keep 'em laughing.

When I think of Joe I always smile ,except today as I am crying as I write this tribute.Joe was by far the funniest person I have ever met, he was truly unique.We all have our stories of Joe ,some we can tell some we cant,but the thing I will always remember about Joe is he made everyone happy when you were with him.Joe made me feel like his little brother and was one of the main staples in my life, he was a big brick in my lifes foundation,and I will always have a story about Joe.
