I will miss seeing that smiling face in my doorway, boasting about the grandkids. Joe was a pleasure working with and will be missed dearly by all of us here at HEPACO. Our hearts and prayers go out to his family. May God comfort all of you in this time of grieving.

Working with Joe was always such a pleasure during railroad training for emergency managers. His knowledge was outstanding and the students enjoyed his sessions. He is missed already.
