Mr. Opperman was our next door neighbor on Lead Avenue in Fresno. He was a gentle soul, and was always so good to us. I will always remember seeing him walk home for lunch from his church, and the walk back to church after lunch. He is in our thoughts and prayers.

Sis. Opperman,
As you know, Bro. Opperman was an amazing man (luckily he married an amazing woman). You have both held a special place in the hearts of my family and I will never forget your love and prayers for us. It was an extreme privelege 'growing up' at West McKinley and being a part of your hearts for so many years. Thank you both for the blessings, memories and legacy you have helped create for us and so many more.
