Joe was one of the California Wing's cornerstone members in Operations and will be deeply missed. His dedication to our organization was unmatched and there are thousands that he touched directly and indirectly through his leadership. He personally guided me and whispered good counsel in my ear more than once.
On behalf of the entire California Wing, please accept the deepest condolences of each and every member in our wing.
