Dear Mr. and Mrs. Brecko, Donna, Michael and Richy, I am saddened with the passing of Joe. Or Joey, as my Grandmother Mae, would refer to him. We watched the two younger boys grow up in the neighborhood. Joe was part of our group, Howarths, Voccaturos, Scott Stein, and others. He had his own unique style. Joe was a great guy I went to school with. We were Facebook friends. My deepest sympathies goes out to all his loved ones. I will miss him.
