Mr. Joe helped his friend, Chuck Sirko, Coach our cross country team, of which I was a member. They would often hang out at the credit union, that Mr. Sirloin supervised. Coach Joe wasn´t really gifted as a sports coach, but he was an encourager and moved us as runners to become our best selves.
