In memory of Joseph Palmer, to a wonderful lived life, passion, and fought, as a warrior does, until the end. He had a large personality and he will be missed.

I will miss you at the Troop 411 meetings and activities. My most sincere condolences. We have lost a good man.

I worked with Jim for many years while he served on the Holladay Planning Commission and City Council. Jim was thorough, analytical, bright and principled. My impression of Jim more than anything else is that he loved his Holladay community, his home and his children. I´m saddened by his passing and will cherish the many experiences we shared in working for the betterment of the City of Holladay. RIP, Jim.
