I worked with Jim for many years while he served on the Holladay Planning Commission and City Council. Jim was thorough, analytical, bright and principled. My impression of Jim more than anything else is that he loved his Holladay community, his home and his children. I´m saddened by his passing and will cherish the many experiences we shared in working for the betterment of the City of Holladay. RIP, Jim.
