Dear Sandy and family, I was Joe's roommate during our sophomore year in college, and lived on the same floor during our freshman year. I just learned of his passing yesterday 3/21/19, and I am still in shock and disbelief. He was a great friend and will have fond memories of our time together in college. I hope the year since his passing has brought you some peace and comfort. I will miss him very, very much.
