Joe was the first neighbor who came to see me when I moved to One Main Place 8 years ago. I knew right away that he was a good man and would be a great neighbor. I enjoyed seeing him walk on the golf course with Lily, his terrier and other neighbors. He was always ready to help any of us if he could. He lived a long and purposeful life and will be missed. What a great guy Mr Parker was! He reached out to me about this time last year when my father passed away. We visited for about 20 minutes recalling times and events from our past be fore saying goodbye. I am so grateful that he reached out to me and we got to visit. Rest in peace Mr Parker
