Joe, family times will never be the same without you. You have been there since I was born, putting up with my antics, yet you still loved me, You’ve been a wonderful Uncle. I’m so sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. The world will miss his smile! When we were newcomers to Patrician Shores, Joe was one of the first to welcome us with a quip and a laugh.
