Joe was the reason I gained weight when I worked at Spring Harbor Hospital. What a fabulous chef. And he treated all people with respect. Sorry for his family and friends.

Joe, was my second cousin. I haven't seen him since we were children, but I remember the good times we had at our grandparents in South Portland. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this sad time. Marie Carrier Wogan
